The corporation was established on 27 November 2003 for the purpose of conducting business in electrification and other related business. Members of the CC are all historically disadvantaged persons. The way forward is to produce further contracts in order to sustain and grow the business, in order to invest in capital equipment to create permanent jobs.


Comtefel Tefel Solutions CC has undertaken several successful projects since 2003. Our projects have ranged from electrification, renovation to construction.

In order to comply with good governance the corporations has procured the services of Walter B Klingler (CFA) SA practice number 9346, ensuring that the corporation complies with all the statutory registration and payments such as VAT, normal taxation, PAYE, UIF, WCA, and RSC levies etc. He will also guide the members of any financial matters arising from its conducting of its business. Prepare budgets which will be used as a management tool and regular management accounts in order to measure the financial performance of the corporation to ensure it remains financially viable.


The corporation enlisted three staff members for training in N courses in electrification. These are all black female for which we pay for courses out of our funds. A soccer team (Bunyethu High School) with soccer gear so that they could participate in competitions with pride. The simple philosophy is to plough back into communities from profits where possible, for meaningful and just causes.
